Prayer in W.P.No.35010 of 2003: Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent's proceedings bearing No.M1/203/2002 dated 3.11.2003 quash the same and direct the respondents to grant sand quarry lease in respect of petitioner's patta lands measuring 7-67-0 Hectares, comprised in S.No.2/1B and 3B1A situated in VAGUDI Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District. 2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
