This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition Paragraph No.3(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6555 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.506 of 2022, dated 18.05.2022 wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a devotee and always on the Pilgrimage. Due to the condition of this Court, he could not able to attend the pilgrimage and thereby, facing great difficulty. Hence, he prays for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court while granting suspension of sentence.

vv2 4.Considering the submission that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition, this Court modifies the condition in paragraph No.3(b) to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court once in three month till the disposal of the main appeal. 5.With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
