Prayer Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India, prayed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the respondent in Ref.Lr.No.B5-1354/2017 dated 10.06.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to issue a Priority Certificate to the petitioner for employment on land loser in acquisition category based upon the judgment of this Court in S.Kanjana Vs The Collector on 22 June 2011 in W.P.No.1722 of 2011.

When the matter came up for hearing on 15.11.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and the matter stood adjourned to 22.11.2021. On 22.11.2021 also none appeared for the petitioner, therefore, this Court directed the Registry to list the case under the caption "for dismissal" on 24.11.2021. Accordingly, the matter is listed today. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner, which shows the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to show any more indulgence in granting adjournments. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.
