Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.Aa1/242/16, dated 19.06.2017 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and direct the 3rd respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service. 1/4
