(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed to implead the legal heirs of the 6th respondent who is no more.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. Since this petition has been filed only to implead the legal heirs of the sixth respondent, who has already expired, we are inclined to allow this petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and post the writ appeal in the first week of January 2024.
