3. The impugned Demand Notice has been made on the strength of G.O(Ms)No.53, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MA.IV) Department dated 30.03.2022 and Council Resolution No.63/2022 dated 30.05.2022.

4. Already this Court had upheld the validity of the aforesaid Government Order. Therefore, there is no merits in the present writ petition.
