CMP No.15060 of 2017 in CMA (SR) No.36722 of 2017 R.MAHADEVAN, J.

On 29.07.2019 in CMP.No.15060 of 2017 (delay petition), this Court passed the following order:

"2.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 234 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Member Secretary, Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Buildings, Chennai, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court. Further, the petitioner is also not permitted to claim any interest in respect of the delay period in filing the appeal."

3.It is reported that the petitioner has complied with the above said order.

4.In view of the above, the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
