ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to fix the compensation for the petitioner's land acquired by the 4th respondent and disburse the same based on his representation dated 12.08.2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 3 to 6 would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 12.08.2024 for fixation of compensation. The respondents will consider the same and pass orders, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 3 to 6 and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, the 5th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording sufficient opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
