O R D E R

Earlier, this Court by an order dated 30.11.2018 directed the 1st respondent to refer the award to the competent authority for further adjudication. Since the order has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.D.Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that, now the District Collector has referred the award to the competent authority on 06.05.2019 itself. He has also produced the copy of the order.

3. Considering the fact that the order passed by this Court in W.P. 28826 of 2018 has been complied with, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
