Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 17.10.2016 by conducting an enquiry and take action against the fourth respondent herein for violation of his undertaking letter given by him on 22.12.2011 before the second respondent herein in pursuant to the Order made in Contempt Petition No.1654 of 2011 on the file of this Hon'ble Court dated 14.12.2011 and also for issuing pamphlets on various dates claiming right over the petitioner's property situated in S.No.776 in New Sr.NO.93/3 now changed as S.No.435/27 in Patta No.1737 with a small thatched house and the site bearing D.No.36/4A for an extent of 1265 sq.mts.
