The matter is placed before this court on the letter received from the court below, seeking extension of time to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.61 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Dharmapuri.

2. The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Karimangam at Dharmapuri, had sought an extension of two months after taking full additional charge of Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Dharmapuri. This court feels it appropriate to extend the time by two months and accordingly, it is extended by two months from today. 06.10.2023 Note to office:- The District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Karimangam, Dharmapuri, may be apprised of the extension of time forthwith.
