Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2023 and 09.09.2024 within a stipulated time period fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.11.2023 and 09.09.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 in respect of the property purchased by the petitioner. The dispute is civil in nature and as such after conducting an enquiry, the complaint lodged by the petitioner was closed by the CBCID, Puducherry. Therefore, no complaint is pending.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief as against the respondents 3 and 4 herein. If there is a dispute regarding the identity of the property, the petitioner can very well approach the revenue authorities to survey the property.
