ORDER
By consent of both the parties, this writ petition has been taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground based on her application, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3.The petitioner seeks for compassionate appointment on account of the death of her father Late Adiyapatham, while he was in public service. The petitioner has submitted an application on 04.01.2011 seeking for compassionate appointment.
4.Admittedly, the said application has not been considered till date by the respondents. The petitioner has also given various representations thereafter and those representations have also not been considered. 5.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's application seeking for compassionate appointment is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondents 2 to 6 to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's application seeking for compassionate appointment in her favour on account of the death of her father Late Adiyapatham, while he 3/6
was in public service, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
