This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 44 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment dated 30.10.2022 passed in Spl.S.C.No.205 of 2019 by the Sessions Judge, Principal POCSO Court, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
