O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned notice issued by the 4th respondent dated 21.08.2019 thereby, calling upon the petitioners to attend the award enquiry to pass award for acquiring lands.

2. On instructions, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the land acquisition proceedings is not yet completed and as such no award has been passed till date.

3. In view of the same, the impugned notice dated 21.08.2019 cannot be sustained and the same is accordingly, set aside. The respondents are at liberty to initiate land acquisition proceedings afresh in accordance with law. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
