This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 31.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.1138 of 2022, thereby directing the respondent to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter party and conduct enquiry after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and passed order on 22.01.2024. He also produced a copy of the order dated 22.01.2024, before this Court.
