This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 29.11.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.25706 of 2016, thereby directing the respondent to restore the revenue records in favour of the petitioners. 2.

The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent restored the revenue records in favour of the petitioners by an order dated 28.12.2023. He also produced a copy of the order dated 28.12.2023, passed by the respondent before this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that though the order passed by this Court has been complied with, once again the wrong survey number has been mentioned instead of correct survey No.437/66. Hence, he prayed for necessary direction.

Considering the above submissions, the respondent is directed to correct the survey number as 437/66, in the proceeding dated 28.12.2023, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. 5.
