ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.S.Sundar J.) This Court vide order dated 06.11.2024 while directing the appeal to be numbered after necessary amendment in the cause title, has also stated in paragraph 4 of the order that W.A SR No.122870 of 2024 is rejected. Paragraph 4 of the order reads as follows:

'4. In view of the above, C.M.P.No.24625 of 2024 is dismissed and W.A SR No.122870 of 2024 is rejected'

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Civil Miscellaneous Petition, which was dismissed, was filed only to accept the cause title and hence, rejection of writ appeal at the SR stage does not arise.

3. In view of the above submission, paragraph 4 of the order dated 06.11.2024 is modified as follows:

'4. In view of the above, C.M.P.No.24625 of 2024 is dismissed.' 2/5
