This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23084 of 2024 on 24.09.2024 that the petitioners shall report before the Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, on every working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the investigation is still pending.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23084 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore, on the second working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
