ORDER

This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.249 of 2022 pending on the file of the fourth respondent to any other Police.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that there is a counter case filed by the fourth respondent in Cr.No.273 of 2022 against the petitioner and both the cases in Cr.Nos.249 and 273 of 2022 are now investigated by the fourth respondent.

4. Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations that have been made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the third respondent namely the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Kelambakkam to monitor the investigation conducted by the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent shall proceed further to investigate both the cases, complete the investigation and file a 2/4

final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner has any material to substantiate his grievance, the same shall be submitted before the fourth respondent.
