This application has been filed by the applicant/plaintiff seeking leave of this Court to file an additional document.

2.The additional document is a Discharge Petition filed by the defendants 1 and 2 in the Criminal proceedings. The applicant/plaintiff claims that the said Discharge Petition is vital for proving his case. Being an affidavit filed in a Court of law, this Court is of the considered view that the said document can be received as an additional document, subject to its admission, proof and relevancy. Till date, counter has also not been filed by the respondents/defendants. 3.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for by receiving the Discharge Petition filed by the respondents 1 and 2/defendants 1 and 2 under Section 239 of Cr.P.C. before the Metropolitan Magistrate, CCB & CBCID Special Court at Egmore, Chennai, subject to its admission, proof and relevancy. 4.Post the matter for framing of issues and for Case Management Hearing on 25.11.2024.
