Mr.V.Veluchamy, learned Additional Government Pleader takes for the respondents. With the consent of both the parties the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage, itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition for a mandamus, directing the respondents to measure the land in Survey No.263/4 A, Panaiyur, Vilambur Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and earmark the boundaries by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has given representation dated 09.01.2023 to the respondents to measure and earmark the boundaries of the subject property and he has also paid adequate fees through E-challan for the same, the respondents have not consider the same so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents submitted that the first respondent may be directed to consider Pg.Nos.2/5

the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.01.2023, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, rival claimants and/or adjacent owners and after conducting enquiry, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
