The petitioners who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.30 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier on 30.01.2023, this Court granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.

3. Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are residing in Ireland and their children need to attend their exam, hence, he sought for further time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant further time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court till 26.04.2023. No further extension will be granted. Till then the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners is extended.
