Today, the above Writ Petition is listed under the caption 'For Being Mentioned'.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would highlight certain typographical errors in the result portion of the order.

3. In view of the submissions made, Paragraph No.7 of the said order is corrected and would read as follows: "7. In the light of the Judgement in Ramayee vs. The Sub Registrar and Others, 2020 (6) CTC 697 and in P.Pappu vs. The Sub Registrar in W.A.No.1160 of 2024, the Order now passed has to be set aside and is accordingly set aside. Therefore, the Writ Petition is allowed by directing the Respondents 1/3

to register the documents viz., the Sale Deed dated 30.08.2024, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of representation of the documents by the Petitioner. No costs."

4. Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy to the respective parties.
