This writ petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to issue bonafide certificate to the first petitioner for the academic year 2016 - 2017 and 2017 - 2018 in accordance with the regulated fee prescribed by the Page No:2/4
third respondent, as per Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Educational Institution (Prevention of Collecting of Capitation fee) Act 1992.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners produced a Memo, dated 10/10/2022, wherein, it is stated that the first petitioner has received all the documents, viz., certificates and convocation from the first respondent and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
