This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 09.10.2023 in Crl.OP.No.22106 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m and 6.00 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the III Additional Sessions Judge, Puducherry, weekly once, i.e., on every Monday for three weeks and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
