By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider her representation dated 28.09.2024 seeking payment of compensation in respect of petitioner's land situated in Plot No.72, S.No.19/2B, Palanallur Vadakal 'A' Village, Sriperambudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, which was acquired for SIPCOT Sriperambudur Extension Project-2.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the above mentioned property was acquired for SIPCOT long back, but till date, no compensation has been paid to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 28.09.2024 before the respondents seeking payment of compensation and the same has not been considered by the respondents till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents, on written instructions from 3rd respondent, submits that there is a dispute with regard to the survey number of the subject property and in the title document of the petitioner, survey number is mentioned as 19/2B and further, as per the Field Survey Plan, the Plot No.72 purchased by the petitioner falls in S.No.19/5. In view of the said discrepancy, the compensation amount was deposited before the District Court, Kancheepuram in L.A.O.P.No.210 of 2024 in a reference made by the 3rd respondent to decide the person entitled to claim compensation.

6. In view of the said statement made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. It is for the petitioner to workout her remedy in the pending reference in L.A.O.P.No.210 of 2024 on the file of the District Court, Kancheepuram.
