This application filed to issue summons to the competent medical officer of Institute of Mental Health, Kilpauk, Chennai to give evidence with regard to prove Ex.P10-certificate of disability dated 12.05.2023.

2.This Court directs the Registry to issue summons to the witness on payment of batta within five days from today.

3.Registry is directed to post the matter before the Master for appearance of witness on 18.12.2024. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
