2. In this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the impugned notice issued by the respondent bank dated 13.12.2021 under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act as illegal and unlawful.

3. The only remedy available to the writ petitioner is to challenge the impugned notice under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, if so advised.

In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. The interim order granted on 25.01.2023 stands vacated. Consequently, the interim application stands closed.
