This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 10.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.12123 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.12983 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police twice in a month i.e., on every 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
