The Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to bring on record the Respondents 9 to 11 in these petitions as the legal heir of the deceased 6th Respondent in A.S.No.458 of 2022 and deceased 7th Respondent in A.S.No.463 of 2022, namely G.RAmasamy in these Appeals.

On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the 2nd Appellant, these Petitions are allowed.
