This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 16/8/2017 passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.807/2014/A6.

2. When the matter was listed on 6/8/2025, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence the matter was adjourned to 22/8/2025. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 24/10/2025, i.e., today. Even today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not turned up to prosecute his case. Hence, this Court is of the considered view to dismiss the writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. (K.SURENDER,J) 24th October, 2025 mvs.
