C.M.P.No.20700 and 25016 of 2024 in A.S.Nos.458 and 463 of 2022 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J., The Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 176 days to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of deceased 6th Respondent in A.S.No.458 of 2022 and 7th Respondent in A.S.No.463 of 2022 namely G.Ramasamy in these Appeals.

2. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the 2nd Appellant, the delay is condoned and these Petitions are allowed.
