This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the petitioners 2 and 3 shall report before the respondent Police for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.27140 of 2022 dated 11.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the 1st petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the petitioners 2 and 3 are not complying with the conditions.

3.Considering the said submission and the petitioners 2 and 3 are aged persons, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
