W.M.P.No.33073 of 2022 in W.P.No.33618 of 2022 M.SUNDAR, J., Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'] has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to dispense with production of original of 'a notice dated 07.12.2022 which has been called in question in the main writ petition' {hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity}.

2. Ms.V.Geetha Rani, learned counsel on record for petitioner adverting to support affidavit attempted to buttress the prayer but there are no averments in this regard in the support affidavit. In the days to come, such dispense with prayer without supporting averments may have to meet negative consequences, with this caveat making an exception, submission of learned counsel for petitioner that a photocopy of the auction notice {impugned notice} has been produced as petitioner could not lay their hands on original which was misplaced is accepted and dispense with prayer is acceded to.
