ORDER
This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025. 2.The case was registered in Cr.No.123 of 2013 for the alleged offences under Sections 379 of the I.P.C. The allegation against the accused is that he committed theft of defacto-complainant's Goat. The defacto-complainant does not want to pursue the case any further and filed an application for withdrawal Page No.1 of 3
before the concerned Magistrate.
3.Be that as it may, in view of the circumstances and even considering the request for withdrawal of defacto-complainant, allowing the case to remain on the file of the Magistrate would serve no useful purpose. 4.Accordingly, the case in C.C.No.404 of 2015 of Judicial Magistrate Court, Dharapuram, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur, stands quashed. This Suo Motu Transfer Case is disposed of.
22.09.2025 ep electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
