This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22952 of 2023 dated 06.10.2023 directing the petitioner to report before the respondent Police everyday morning at 10.30a.m., and evening at 05.30p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily once until further orders.
