This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.17045 of 2022 order dated 14.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on the first Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the charge sheet.
