These Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.

Nos.15444, 15446 & 15448 of 2022 by common order dated 17.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
