This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police, once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.14416 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15438 of 2023 dated 12.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once on every Monday at 10.30a.m., to continue for a further period of three weeks and thereafter monthly once on any working day at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
