representation dated 15.02.2023 to cancel the Patta issued in the name of Munusamy and Radhammal for the lands in Survey Number 53/2B situated at Madura Mettur, Perungavur, Chozhavaram Union, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court, on merits.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief : Praying to direct the 4th respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2023 to cancel the patta issued in the name of Munusamy and Radhammal for the lands in Survey Number 53/2B situated at Madura Mettur, Perungavur, Chozhavaram Union, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

2. Considering the limited request of the petitioner and the fact that the representation has been pending since 15.02.2023 to cancel the patta issued in favour of Munusamy and Radhammal, therefore, a mandamus is issued to the fourth respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2023, after 2/5

issuing notice to the petitioner as well as Munusamy and Radhammal and affording an opportunity of personal hearing to them to present their objections and thereafter, proceed to pass orders either cancelling the patta or dismissing the representation. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks (8) from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
