... Respondents Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to set aside the order dated 03.07.2023 passed in O.P.No.161 of 2021 before the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu.

ORDER
Challenging the impugned order passed in Ind O.P. No. 161 of 2021 in O.S.SR.No. 1109 of 2021 passed by the learned Principal District Judge at Chengalpattu, the Revision Petitioner/plaintiff preferred this Civil Revision Petition.
2. Since the relief is claimed challenging the order passed by the trial judge, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
3. Before the trial court, on 03.07.2023 when the case was posted for hearing, as the revision petitioner/plaintiff has not paid the court fee 3/5
and also there is no representation on the side of plaintiff, the plaint was rejected. Aggrieved over the same, the Revision Petitioner/plaintiff preferred this Civil Revision Petition.
4. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that as her counsel was not well, he is not able to pay the court fee before the trial court. But, now she is ready to pay the court fee.
5. Considering the fact that the suit was filed in the year of 2021 and also the fact that now the revision petitioner/plaintiff is ready to pay the court fee, she is directed to pay the court fee within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The learned trial judge is directed to accept the court fee and to proceed with the case as per manner known to law. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 22.12.2023 Index : Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes/No rpp To The Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu.
