It is submitted that in pursuant to the aforesaid direction of the Hon'ble High court the land in survey No.448/2 (Old Survey No.212/5part) was survey and measured as per the partition deed of the year 1935 (Doc No.734 of 1935) and the survey and measurement revealed that the land in survey No.448/2 (Old Survey No.212/5 part) comprised an extent of 4670 Sq.Ft (00434 Sq.Mt only) and measuring the survey and measurement of the pathway referred in the impugned order complies an extent of 3014 Sq.Ft (0280sq.mt)."
