Mrs.B.Ambili, learned Deputy Official Liquidator submits that the last date for receiving the claim statement was 30.06.2015. However, this application has now been filed to condone the delay of 3051 days in filing the claim statement.

2. Considering the fact that there are amount still available with the office of the Official Liquidator and considering the fact that the applicant is a senior citizen who claims to have invested a sum of Rs.15,000/- with the group concern called M/s.Anubhav Plantation Limited, the company under liquidation, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

3. The learned Official Liquidator is directed to adjudicate the claim of the applicant.
