S.KAITHAMALAI KUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner/Accused, seeking to grant extension of time to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- in compliance of the conditions imposed in the order passed by this Court, dated 15.10.2019, made in Crl.M.P.No.14599 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.1072 of 2019.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court, had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- before the Trial Court, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order, however, he is unable to raise funds to deposit the said amount and thereby, he has filed a petition, seeking for extension of time by eight weeks. Taking into consideration and the said submission, time is extended by further period of three weeks from today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
