This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 19 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 30.04.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No. 1936 of 2025, on the file of Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Act Cases at Chennai.

2. Mr.M.S.Ramesh, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that due to lack of legal knowledge, the petitioner is not able to instruct counsel on record to prefer the above Criminal Revision case and only during month of August 2025, he gave papers to him, as a result of which, there is a delay of 19 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case arose, which is neither willful nor wanton. Therefore, he filed this petition to condone the delay in filing the above Criminal Revision Case.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit seems to be justifiable one, this court is inclined to allow this petition.
