C.R.P.PD.No.84 of 2017 C.R.P.PD.No.84 of 2017 J.NISHA BANU, J., This Court vide order dated 28.07.2020 dismissed the C.R.P.PD.No.84 of 2017 and directed the learned District Munsif, Gobichettipalayam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.68 of 2012 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Thereafter, on 31.03.2021, extension of time was sought for by the learned District Munsif, Gobichettipalayam vide letter dated 31.03.2021 and this Court by an order, dated 16.07.2021, had granted extention of time for a period of six(6) months to dispose of the suit. Since the said suit could not be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court, the learned Judge has come forward with the letter dated 23.05.2022, seeking for further extension of time to dispose of the suit. Hence, the matter is listed before this Court today.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the learned Judge in his letter dated 23.05.2022, time is extended for a further period of three(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order of this Court.
