Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to call the Petitioner for Certificate Verification, for counselling, for subsequent selection process and to appoint the Petitioner as a Post Graduate Assistant (Commerce) based on the marks obtained by him in the examination held on 02.07.2017 pursuant to the Third Respondent's Notification dated 09.05.2017 for the direct recruitment for the post of Post Graduate Assistants/Physical Education Directors Grade-I in school education and other department for the year 2016-17 and the addendum dated 29.06.2017 issued to the above said notification either under general turn general category or under Most Backward Community (MBC)/De-notified Community (DNC) category.
