ORDER
(The Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan, J) Since the conviction of the prisoner had not yet ended in finality in Criminal Appeal No.438 of 2020 filed before this Court, which is still pending, and when already there is enabling provision to seek suspension of sentence under Section 389 Cr.P.C. pending the Criminal Appeal, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. With these observations, this petition is dismissed.
