Common Prayer:- Contempt Petitions have been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience on the orders passed by this Court dated 01.02.2022 made in W.P.Nos.28801, 28804, 28798 & 28807 of 2019 respectively. In all Cont.Ps.
For Petitioners : Mr.A.V.Arun For Respondents : Dr.T.Seenivasan Special Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These Contempt Petitions have been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the orders dated 01.02.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.28801, 28804, 28798 & 28807 of 2019 respectively, thereby directing the respondent to mutate the revenue records in favour of the petitioners in respect of the subject lands. 2.
The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the orders passed by this Court have been complied with and all the revenue records have been mutated in favour of the petitioners. He also produced a copy of the communication dated 09.01.2024, sent by the Tahsildar, Thalaivasal, before this Court.

Recording the above submission, all the Contempt Petition stand closed.
